Mitch Hagerman graduated from USC with an MBA with a real estate development focus in 1998 and has been actively working in real estate development and the brokerage of real estate both internationally and domestically. While in Fiji, Mitch developed a 1,000 acre master planned mixed use resort development and oversaw the sales of tens of millions of real estate on island. Since returning to the USA several years ago, Mitch oversaw marketing and sales for the new oceanfront luxury Malibu community, Marisol. Successfully taking the project to market, personally achieving a record sale record land sales. In 2012 Mitch joined his longstanding business partner, Craig O’Rourke at Coldwell Banker as an associate broker. Mitch is capable and comfortable with all facets of real estate, both commercial and residential from marketing to sales to design to construction to entitlements to financing; he is a one stop shop real estate advisor and facilitator.
Craig O'Rourke has worked in the real estate industry full time as a sales agent and manager since 1992. Having worked as a Branch Manager Craig oversaw the daily operations of two flagship Coldwell Banker offices managing over $700,000,000 in annual sales. In his career Craig has personally represented several hundred clients in every facet of the real estate industry including residential, commercial, investment and development. Craig has also served on the Presidents Counsel as an advisor to the President of Coldwell Banker and recently completed a book on about utilizing real estate investments as a retirement tool. Craig has consistently ranked among the top agents both locally and nationally having received numerous top sales awards including Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Presidents Award.
Veronica oversees Office transaction coordination, processing escrow files from opening to close of escrow, including all necessary contract, disclosures and documents fully executed and in compliance for Manhattan Beach Real Estate clients. Veronica has significant experience in MLS listing review, input and updating and uploading and management of advertising to Coldwell Banker and other media sites and her attention to detail insures efficient and accurate service is provided to Manhattan Beach Real Estate clients.
